English Amateur

The English Amateur Trophy is being held at Little Aston and Sutton Coldfield Golf Clubs from the 26th - 31st July 2010.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SKYCADDIE USE AT LITTLE ASTON: SKYCADDIE APOLOGISES FOR THE LACK OF INFORMATION FOR LITTLE ASTON. THE CLUB HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO ALLOW MAPPING OF THEIR COURSE AT THIS TIME.
The EGU allows Distance-Measuring Devices (DMD) to be used in all its championships. For those players who do not have access to DMDs, SkyCaddie support our major championships and have made their units available for all players at no charge at each venue.

The format for the first two days of the English Mens Amateur Championship is 36 Hole Stroke Play, played both courses. After which the lowest 64 scores and those tied for 64th play in the next round of the match play knockout.  Every match of each round consists of 18 holes, except the final which is to be played over 36 holes.
