This EGU and EWGA resource is a comprehensive, flexible guide which contains generic ideas and best practice examples which can be adapted to suit the needs of your individual golf club.  Golf clubs can choose which areas are relevant and utilise them to best suit their own needs. Links to each of the 9 sections are detailed opposite, each Toolkit Section of the website contains further case studies and examples to support the Toolkit information. Information is available to download in pdf format.

The Toolkit Resource contains 4 example resources (see Section 6):

  • Welcome Booklet – to support new golfers coming into golf club membership.
  • Tee to Green Introductory Programme – to support new golfers in having a positive experience of the game with the help of a thorough induction programme.
  • Golf Rules & Etiquette Pocket Reminders – useful guidelines to be distributed to new players as part of their overall induction.
